2 Booking Requirement
◦ All court time must be booked through CourtReserve.
◦ No walk-ins without a reservation.
3 Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable
◦ This package is non-transferable and cannot be shared.
◦ It is non-refundable, regardless of usage.
◦ Amounts from credit withdrawal may be ineligible for refund
4 Court Availability
◦ Court access is subject to availability.
◦ Court closures may occur due to tournaments or special events.
5 Duration of Package
◦ Valid from 1 year of Purchase Date
◦ Unused time does not roll over or extend beyond the validity period.
6 Conduct & Compliance
◦ All players must follow facility rules and court etiquette.
◦ Misuse of the package or failure to comply with rules may result in suspension or termination without refund.
