1 Eligibility & Usage

• Package is valid for one individual only.
• Valid for play Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM only.
• Maximum of 4 hours of play per day.

2 Booking Requirement

• All court time must be booked through CourtReserve.
• No walk-ins without a reservation.

3 Non-Transferable, Non-Refundable & Non-Shareable

• This package is non-transferable and cannot be shared.
• It is non-refundable, regardless of usage.
• It is non-shareable to family members in your Court Reserve Account.

4 Court Availability

• Court access is subject to availability.
• Court closures may occur due to tournaments or special events.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for days when courts are unavailable.

5 Duration of Package

• The $149 package is valid 1 month from date of purchase
• The $359 package is valid 3 months from date of purchase
• Unused time does not roll over or extend beyond the validity period

6 Conduct & Compliance

• All players must follow facility rules and court etiquette.
• Misuse of the package or failure to comply with rules may result in suspension or termination without refund.
